According to a report from IT Home, JD.com announced today that it has once again upgraded the compensation and benefits for its customer service staff. Over 20,000 JD.com customer service employees will see a significant increase in their monthly fixed wages, achieving an average salary increase equivalent to two months of pay for all staff. This follows an average salary increase of 30% for all JD.com customer service staff in February of this year, marking another substantial pay raise.
Regarding additional benefits, JD.com customer service personnel have been granted new health benefits, including commercial supplementary medical insurance, upgraded standards and frequency of welfare health checks, increased housing subsidies for some workplaces, overtime meal benefits, and improved workplace welfare.
